The TWG held its eighth virtual meeting on Thursday, 27 May 2021, 13:00 PM – 15:00 hours, Bangkok time.

Objectives:

The objectives of the meeting are:

  1. to present the results of the Planning workshop of the TWG held last 21 May 2021;
  2. to present the highlights of the first meeting of the Inter Agency and Expert Group to be held on 25-26 May 2021;
  3. to provide a briefing on the First Expert Forum for Producers and Users of Disaster-related Statistics 7, 8 and 10 June 2021 led by UNECE;
  4. to share good country practices on the production of disaster-related statistics.
